4 Things God Wants You to Know
By receiving Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are on the most exciting adventure possible—on your way to heaven. For your life "in Christ," God wants you to know 4 things:
1. God loves you.
2. You are a new person in Christ.
3. You can live victoriously.
4. God is with you each moment of your life.
God loves you.
God has demonstrated His great love for you by placing the penalty for human sin upon the sinless Christ Jesus. You cannot do anything to earn a home in heaven, but it does require a choice of your free will.
You are a new person in Christ.
Your decision to openly confess that Jesus is your Lord and Savior caused a miracle to happen in your inner most being (spirit). You are born-again!
You can live victoriously.
The Bible says if you are born-again through Christ, you are an "overcomer." That means by faith, with the strength of Christ, you can handle any evil thing this world brings your way. Even if you die; you win! (Please read 1 John 5:1-5.)
God is with you each moment of your life.
God is forever faithful, true, loving, and willing to stay with those who love Him. He's forever committed to honor His promises when you believe. (See Dueteronomy 9:7.) Receive every good thing that happens in your life as a gift from God. (James 1:17)
